ATO Reports Mailer is a feature allowing you to send e-mails to all clients that appear on the ATO non-lodgement reports – both for Income Tax and Activity Statements.

You must order these reports from ATO, delivery takes approximately 24 hours:

1. Log in to your Tax Agent Portal
2. Click on tab ‘Reports and Forms’ and select ‘Reports’
3. Scroll down to bottom: On demand reports
4. Click Request on both Income Tax lodgement status and Outstanding activity statements
5. Return next day to download reports and continue
